Tuition
and Registration
The tuition for a private lesson is $25 per half-hour lesson
or $50 per hour-long lesson, paid monthly. Tuition is due 7
days prior to your first lesson of the upcoming month, based
on the number of lesson weeks in the upcoming month. Tuition
is payable to the office by cash, check (made out to Rockdale
Music) or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
Books and materials
are extra and are available from your teacher or the office.
Your teacher will tell you what books are required for your
lesson.
A one time Family
Registration Fee of $15.00 is due prior to your first lesson
and is non-refundable.
Students may terminate
their enrollment at Rockdale Music at any time by simply notifying
us and finishing out the current month.
Tuition Return
Policy: Tuition is fully refundable before your first day of
class. After classes have started, we will issue you a partial
credit to be used for future sessions. There are processing
and materials fees which are non-returnable.

Professional
Teachers are Guaranteed Fess
In order to hire the very best professional teachers we guarantee
their fees. Once you are registered as a student the teacher
will be there in your time slot and shall be paid even if you
do not attend for any reason. This is our guarantee to our teachers.
Therefore, it is important to note that lack of attendance
to the private lesson for any reason does not allow for a tuition
rebate, refund or credit towards future tuition.

Hours Notice of Cancellation
While we stress the importance of attending your scheduled private
lessons, we realize that from time to time this may not be possible.
If for any reason you need to miss a lesson please contact our office at 610-361-9301 as soon as possible.
If you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will
still pay for the lesson and are not guaranteed a make-up for
the missed lesson. If you cancel a lesson with at least 24 hours
notice we will try to arrange a make-up for you.

Return
Policy (products)
Rockdale Music stands behind the quality of our products. If
for any reason you are not happy with our products, you may
return most items sold within 30 days of delivery for replacement
or a full refund. Items costing over $50.00 may be subject to
a restocking fee per our supplier. We cannot accept returns
of any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery;
any CD, DVD, VHS tape, or cassette tape that has been taken out of
its plastic wrap; or any item that is not in its original condition,
is damaged, or is missing parts. Please call if you have any
questions about our return policy or if you would like to return
a qualifying item.
